Job Description
Senior EH&S Delivery Specialist Carrollton , KY Contract The Senior EH&S Delivery Specialist is responsible for leading Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and safety management system implementation at assigned sites. This role supports the site's license to operate by ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong safety culture. The position provides EH&S oversight for operational and construction-related activities, including incident management, permitting, training, and compliance programs. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and continuous improvement of EH&S management systems and compliance programs. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards. Support safety oversight and EH&S compliance for construction and operational projects. Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Manage environmental permits, renewals, modifications, and regulatory submissions. Support Management of Change (MOC) and Requirements Management Work Process (RWMP) activities. Coordinate regulatory inspections and agency visits. Conduct EH&S audits, assessments, and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and deliver EH&S training programs. Coach and mentor EH&S technicians and site personnel. Track EH&S performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of EH&S, manufacturing, industrial, or related experience. Experience supporting EH&S compliance programs and safety management systems. Strong knowledge of incident investigation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications EH&S leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or construction environments. Experience supporting construction projects and contractor safety programs. Knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) processes and environmental permitting.
