You'll partner closely with leadership, employees, contractors, and 3PL providers to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations. In this role you will be responsible to Drive consistent application of HS&S standards across all site activities Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace risks proactively Support incident prevention, investigation, and corrective actions Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and international standards Strengthen contractor and 3PL HS&S performance and accountability Manage environmental compliance & waste management programs Deliver accurate reporting, metrics, and risk visibility Support audit readiness and ensure minimal findings Contribute to workers' compensation cost management Promote a strong safety culture through engagement and awareness initiatives What is required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related) 1-2 years of internship or early professional experience in

HSE Knowledge of:

HSE regulations and standards

ISO 14001 / ISO 45001

management systems Hazard identification & risk management Incident investigation and prevention Emergency preparedness and response HSE data management and reporting Microsoft Office tools
