Engineering Intern

Our interns gain real engineering experience by working on impactful projects while being mentored by experienced engineers. The successful candidate will have networking opportunities across the engineering and operations teams here at Moundsville along with the opportunity to build your skills though online training webinars sponsored by our corporate team where you can network with other interns from around the US. This will be a standout experience to showcase on your resume plus those who do well will have the potential to return for future internships or full-time employment upon graduation. We're looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Engineering Intern to join our EHS Team for the summer. This internship is designed for students pursuing careers in chemical, environmental, industrial, civil or related engineering fields . You'll work alongside experienced managers and engineers, contribute to active projects, and gain exposure to professional engineering tools, workflows, and decision-making processes. What We're Looking For Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or related field) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Safety orientation knowledge of 5(S) preferred. Ability to- follow engineering processes Interest in hands‑on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What You'll Work On Support EHS engineering projects related to process improvement, test design and analysis in the areas of safety, environmental and ergonomics. Assist with process documentation.
