This role is ideal for early-career engineers seeking hands-on experience in military uniform manufacturing , garment production , and quality control . Key Responsibilities:
Analyze manufacturing workflows , optimize production processes , and reduce waste Conduct time and motion studies for labor efficiency Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Track KPIs , prepare production reports, and improve process efficiency Collaborate with quality assurance , apparel production teams , and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with military garment specifications and safety standards Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering , or related field 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering , apparel production , or internships/co-ops Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills Familiarity with garment manufacturing , quality systems , and process improvement is a plus Benefits:
