Job Description:
Community hospital looking to bring on Director Facilities Management! Bonus Incentives! Full Relocation! The Director is responsible for managing and leading all functions within Plant Operations, EVS, and Grounds.
ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE
acute care hospital facilities management experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. 3+ years of personnel management experience, and thorough knowledge of the principles of electricity, electronics, plumbing, carpentry, boiler operation, HVAC and general building maintenance, as well as knowledge of autoclaving, bio-waste, life safety codes, construction phasing, and environmental services operations. Demonstrate the ability to systemically apply engineering principles and detect and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems. Survey experience is a huge plus.
