Industrial Engineer
  • Continuous Improvement at Insight Global, LLC in El Dorado, Arkansas, United States Job Description Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Industrial Engineer to lead their Continuous Improvement efforts for their clients growing manufacturing team.
This person will be responsible for the entire plant manufacturing process related to Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events. They should come from a manufacturing improvement background and be comfortable conducting time studies, conducting line audits, understanding production efficiencies, and be comfortable analyzing this data within excel. The right person will have experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment and ideally has exposure to running Kaizen Events. This candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing related field.   • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing related field of study (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, etc)
  • At least 1-2 years in a manufacturing setting responsible for continuous improvement activities (conducting time studies, line audits, implementing Lean initiatives and leading Kaizen Events)
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams or projects related to manufacturing improvement processes
  • Ability to use Microsoft excel to build reports and analyze data.
