Job Description

The Impact You'll Make This is your opportunity to make a tangible difference in the daily operations of our facility. In this role, you will support engineering initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. You will be a key contributor to projects that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll help analyze processes, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that have a real impact on the business. This isn't just about observing—it's about doing. You will be hands-on in the field, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving problems, and helping us build smarter, more efficient systems and processes. What You'll Be Doing Support engineering projects by collecting data, performing analysis, and providing actionable insights Participate in troubleshooting equipment, systems, and operational challenges Help develop and update engineering documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and other departments to implement solutions Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, to help enhance efficiency, quality and productivity. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to engineering tools/software (CAD, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
