Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support Engineer
  • Autosys / Scheduling (AZ) to join their team. As a Production Support Engineer
  • Autosys / Scheduling (AZ), you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting critical enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support and troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Manage and support Autosys job scheduling and workflows in a production environment Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for job failures and system issues Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and vendors Implement security policies and access controls for scheduling components Support disaster recovery activities and system re-architecture initiatives What's Needed? Extensive experience with Autosys administration and support Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation and integrations Knowledge of security policies including EEM, IAM, and role-based access controls Experience supporting large-scale, complex systems with over 1,000 applications Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders What's in it for me?
