Responsibilities:

Apply industrial engineering concepts to drive process and product enhancements. Design and optimize production systems, integrating design, equipment, and personnel. Conduct workflow analysis, developing models and spreadsheets for data analysis. Research and implement process improvements to boost schedule performance and reduce costs.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Industrial engineering experience, typically 5+ years in production/manufacturing engineering. Experience with low-volume assembly on large-scale platforms such as rotorcraft or military aircraft. Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and discrete event simulation software.
