Job Description
•Must be local to Aliso Viejo, CA (no travel costs or relocation available) •Must be eligible to work in the US without any working restrictions Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Packaging Engineer - Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide a specific training around regulatory and validation standards Training Goals The training should not be a check-the-box exercise. The client wants practical outcomes, including: Improved confidence in interpreting packaging standards Stronger protocol-writing capability Better audit readiness Updated work instructions Internal alignment between R&D and Quality Development of one or two internal packaging SMEs Ability to defend packaging decisions to auditors and senior management
