The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and detailed project management team. We are searching for a driven and quick-thinking Industrial Engineer to help expand our team and keep up with consistent business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience and strong skills in supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Optimize and improve warehouse and supply chain operations through Industrial Engineering techniques, data-driven analysis, and Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Apply key principles such as Lean Manufacturing Systems, Decision Tools for Engineering Managers, Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Data Analytics to solve real-world pharmaceutical operations challenges. Map end-to-end processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and apply DMAIC to address operational issues. Support ERP system development through framework redesign and digital tracking tool integration with company platforms. Implement projects such as mapping production flows, performing time studies, and leading Kaizen workshops to identify waste, improve efficiency, and better align workforce resources with demand. Create standardized SOPs and ensure operations follow OSHA and cGMP standards. Utilize Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and SMED to drive process improvements and support strategic planning in areas such as capacity planning and production scheduling.
