Description Industrial engineer Industrial Engineer supporting production line design, capacity planning, and manufacturing optimization within a fast-paced defense environment. This role will act as the bridge across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality to translate demand into scalable, production-ready line designs. This position is focused on hands-on support of operating production lines, including time studies, line balancing, layout optimization, and data-driven improvements to throughput and efficiency. Candidates will support both existing production lines and new product introductions, working on layout modifications, material flow, and capacity scaling efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering foundation with direct experience working in manufacturing environments (not purely logistics or operations), and has supported large-scale production areas with measurable impact to throughput, capacity, and efficiency.
