Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer who is hands-on, analytical, and driven to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production performance. Position Summary The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to support production goals related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. This role works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Support production troubleshooting and resolve process-related issues Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions when necessary Assist with new product launches, tooling, and process validations Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Conduct root cause analysis for production and quality issues Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization Train production personnel on new or updated processes Maintain documentation related to process changes and engineering projects Qualifications 5+ years of process engineering or manufacturing experience preferred Experience in a contract manufacturing or high-mix/low-volume environment is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with FactoryLogix preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing data analysis Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Experience with process validation and
