Job Description

Job Title:
Production Lead Responsibilities Lead and manage approximately 30 team members on the swing shift in the HPA packaging area. Oversee daily operations of the production line to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met. Work hands-on in production as needed to support the team and maintain workflow. Guide, train, and coach all team members to build skills, reinforce best practices, and support continuous improvement. Monitor team performance metrics and take action to address gaps or issues in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, FDA regulations, and internal quality standards. Coordinate staffing and task assignments to meet production schedules and priorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and cross-functional partners regarding expectations, changes, and production status. Provide constructive feedback to team members and foster an environment where feedback is openly received and acted upon. Use computers and production systems to track output, update records, and communicate via email and spreadsheets. Support training development efforts by helping to onboard new employees and cross-train existing staff in multiple production areas. Identify and escalate issues related to equipment, materials, or processes that may impact production or quality.

Swing Shift $29-30/hr+10% Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
