Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities Identify, validate and develop new suppliers Qualify and develop new suppliers through audits and assessments in line with company quality standards. Creating a satisfactory relationship with the supplier. Support technical analysis and provide corrective action implementation. Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous quality improvement. Coordinate and resolve complex supplier quality issues.

Travel:

Approximately 20-30% for supplier visits Qualifications Full time Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in SQA/SQD in the automotive industry and experience in auditing. Friendly, communicative and customer-focused Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Team Player Good organizational skills Stress-resistant and flexible mindset (flexible to travel regularly national and international) Good knowledge of MS Office.
