Full Job Description Summary:

Seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer with expertise in Controls, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering to manage supplier qualifications, conduct audits, and drive quality improvements. Bachelor's Degree in Technical fields such as Controls/Electrical/Electronics Engineering 8-10 years of industry experience in engineering/design, quality, manufacturing in Electrical/Instrumentation products Familiarity with Mark VIe, PCBAs, Wire Harnesses, Cables, Control Cabinets, Sensors Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Supplier Quality Ability to interpret Engineering drawings/specifications and international technical standards

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Technical Degree with Electrical/instrumentation engineering background Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification or equivalent experience Knowledge of industry technical standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO) and Nuclear Industry Standards (N299.2) ISO Lead auditor certification

Responsibilities:

Manage supplier qualifications for product/component compliance with specifications Conduct quality/compliance audits for new supplier evaluation/onboarding Facilitate inspections at suppliers ensuring product quality compliance Support customer witness inspections at supplier sites and third-party labs Drive process capability improvement projects with suppliers for continuous improvement
