Job Description

Jump into a hands-on engineering role where you'll support and improve SMT processes from concept through production. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll help drive project execution, streamline workflows, and ensure quality on the shop floor. What You'll Do Support SMT projects from planning through completion, including calculations and technical documentation Translate concepts into clear layouts, diagrams, and production-ready instructions Help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines, updates, and daily priorities Act as a connector between engineering, production, and other internal teams Track progress, identify issues, and contribute to practical, efficient solutions Assist in preparing project updates and performance summaries What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Strong analytical mindset with solid math and physics fundamentals Experience with drafting, planning, or process documentation Familiarity with SMT environments, component identification, and shop floor systems (Aegis is a plus) Ability to complete IPC-A-610 and Component ID training A problem-solving approach with attention to detail and collaboration If you enjoy working close to production, solving real-time challenges, and building efficient processes, this role offers strong growth and exposure across engineering and manufacturing.
