You will play an essential role in ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will impact supplier quality by assisting in supplier audits, supporting root cause analysis, and helping drive corrective actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Key Responsibilities Be a member of a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) to ensure that our suppliers meet Honeywell's quality standards and strategy in the manufacture of components. Coordinate disposition of non-conforming or suspect material with Honeywell Subject Matter Experts (SME). Support supplier quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards Assist in conducting supplier audits to assess supplier capabilities and identify areas for improvement Be responsible for driving supplier performance improvement. Be a representative in all AS9100 audits pertaining to Supplier Quality Engineering activities and supporting audits for Receiving/Inspection (R/I) processes. Help drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
