Job Description

Industrial Engineer#26-16265 $57.26-$62.26 per hour Ocala, FL Onsite Job Description Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for an Industrial Engineer for their Ocala, FL location.
Responsibilities:
Lead Kaizen events focused on the "6S wastes" and Value Stream Mapping. ( Quantify cost savings and productivity gains from each 6S and/or Value Stream improvement. Coach teams to own and sustain 6S practices. Build real time dashboards to track progress and drive corrective actions. Continuous Improvement Governance Maintain a suggestion system for frontline 6S ideas. Facilitate regular 6S review meetings and celebrate successes to reinforce cultural change.
Requirements:
5 years experience leading 6S/5S programs in large scale manufacturing. 5 years experience demonstrated success in redesigning plant layouts to support 6S and Lean flow. 5 years experience demonstrated success in facilitating Value Stream Mapping workshops. 5 years experience with CCA Manufacturing 5 years experience with Cable & Harnessing Manufacturing
Preferred:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred. #mcb
