Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Supply Chain Industrial Engineer to join our team. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing methods and materials to increase operational efficiency and optimize the utilization of our distribution facilities. What We're Looking For Two to five years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment (or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering). Experience with Labor Metrics Software and Engineered Standards. Proficient in developing and implementing tools to improve operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills to review and measure DC performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with IT personnel and external vendors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and stakeholders. Review and measure distribution center (DC) performance against DC Best Business Practices. Make recommendations for improvements and analyze quality control and inventory control processes and methods. Develop tools to enhance inventory slotting and labor planning in the DCs. Collaborate with IT personnel and external vendors to implement software solutions that enhance productivity.
