Job Description

Manufacturing engineering role focused on circuit card assembly, electromechanical assembly, production floor support, tooling, process development, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of current relevant experience Manufacturing engineering experience in circuit card assembly manufacturing Manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical assembly Experience designing manufacturing processes Experience designing production layouts for circuit card assemblies and subassemblies AutoCAD experience Knowledge of circuit card assembly processes Experience interpreting engineering prints Experience supporting production floor operations Experience ensuring processes and procedures comply with regulations and specifications Preferred Skills Cable harness experience Electromechanical subassembly experience Process writing experience Experience with module assemblies Experience incorporating inspection requirements into production plans Experience incorporating test requirements into production plans Experience designing, procuring, and implementing manufacturing tooling Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives Experience working with design engineering on production improvements Job Responsibilities Support production floor operations by working with operations teams Design manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies and module assemblies Design production layouts for circuit card assemblies, subassemblies, and module assemblies Develop manufacturing procedures for CCA and module assembly production Interpret engineering prints to design manufacturing processes Work with design engineering to implement production improvements Design, procure, and implement tooling to support manufacturing processes Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans Inspect machinery, equipment, and tooling performance to verify efficiency Investigate manufacturing problems and deficiencies Initiate corrective actions to support product quality Provide engineering guidance on design concepts and specification requirements Support equipment and manufacturing technique utilization Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures comply with regulations and specifications
