Job Description
Microvellum Engineer Opa-locka, FL (Miami Area) | Full-Time | On-Site Bon Vivant Custom Woodworking has been crafting fine custom millwork since 1981 , delivering fully bespoke interiors for some of South Florida's most distinguished residential and boutique commercial projects. From our 60,000 sq ft facility, we operate as a fully integrated team across drafting, engineering, production, finishing, and installation. Our work is defined by precision, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising standard of quality. We have implemented Innergy as our core operational system and are now integrating Microvellum to further enhance our engineering and CNC workflows. We are seeking a Microvellum Engineer to help build and optimize this next phase. Position Overview This role is central to how our work moves from concept to production. You will bridge drafting and the shop floor, translating custom designs into accurate, efficient, and buildable outputs. You will play a key role in ensuring Microvellum complements our existing systems, contributing to a more connected, consistent, and scalable operation. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine Microvellum libraries, assemblies, and standards Translate shop drawings into CNC-ready programs and production data Reduce manual programming through thoughtful system design Collaborate with in-house and remote drafting teams to ensure production-ready outputs Identify and eliminate inefficiencies between drafting and production Support alignment between Microvellum outputs and Innergy workflows Promote consistency in construction methods while maintaining flexibility for custom work Support nesting, machining, labeling, and automation processes Troubleshoot and refine outputs based on real-world production conditions Qualifications Experience with Microvellum in a custom millwork environment Strong understanding of cabinetry, joinery, and high-end construction methods Experience developing or improving libraries and assemblies Working knowledge of CNC workflows, nesting, and machining logic Experience working within structured, system-driven environments (ERP exposure preferred) Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and execution What This Role Offers The opportunity to work on fully custom, high-end millwork projects A meaningful role in advancing a system-driven, integrated operation Direct impact on efficiency, quality, and scalability A clear path for growth into a leadership or system ownership role
Pay:
