Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities Summary We are seeking a senior leader with 10+ years of progressive experience to manage the reliability, maintenance, and infrastructure for our high-speed/high-volume manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for directly supervising and developing a team of approximately 20 Industrial Mechanics to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Functions and Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct, manage, and train the maintenance team of ~20 Industrial Mechanics.
Reliability:
Implement and manage Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
Projects:
Manage major capital investments for new equipment acquisition and infrastructure improvements.
Efficiency:
Drive metrics measuring machinery productivity and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety (OSHA) and food quality standards.
Key Requirements/Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Engineering and Maintenance.
Leadership:
Proven experience in directly supervising large technical teams.
Industrial Focus:
Strong experience in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing. Bakery or Food and Beverage industry experience is highly desired.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Physical Requirements The following activities are performed on a regular/continuous basis: Ability to lift 0 to 100 pounds. Willingness to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms. Ability to walk or stand 100% of the time; ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift. Continuous hand movement and frequent flexing, extending, and turning of the neck.
