You will be the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for the Supplier Quality team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑performance infrared search‑track (IRST) solutions to meet mission‑critical requirements. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring supplier‑delivered parts and assemblies meet Lockheed Martin's stringent quality standards. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM related discipline or equivalent education and experience Three + years of professional experience Ability to travel (up to 25%) to support supplier visits and root cause investigations Experience with first article inspections and AS9102 Experience with quality assurance methods, tools, techniques, and principles Knowledge and understanding of quality management standards (examples include AS9100 and ISO9001) Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical requirements Must be able to acquire and maintain a secret security clearance Desired Skills:
Experience with source inspection, source surveillance, and supplier special process certifications Knowledge and understanding of Lockheed Martin nonconformance management systems (Apriso, SAP) Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies Effective interpersonal skills including team building and collaboration Experience supporting engineering development efforts Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
