Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility. Your expertise in process engineering, robotics, CAD design, and industrial equipment will help streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about manufacturing excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and refine manufacturing processes using tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAD software to improve productivity and product quality. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies or defects, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Program and troubleshoot robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate assembly lines and fabrication tasks. Design and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and industrial equipment layouts to support fabrication and assembly operations. Lead projects related to plastics injection molding, CNC programming, CAM programming, and vision inspection systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the factory environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process engineering initiatives, including tooling design, mechanical engineering solutions, and factory layout planning. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments with hands-on factory experience. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in assembly lines, robotics, fabrication techniques, tooling design, and industrial equipment maintenance.
