What you´ll do Based onsite at our Riviera Beach, FL location, lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy—ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery—while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Chicago, IL and Lafayette, CO. Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner. Drive continuous improvement programs across the value chain to improve product quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with international and national quality standards and regulations. Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, & customer service to ensure quality is integrated What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in quality, including leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Expertise in policy development, incident investigation, and structured root cause analysis Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS), international standards, HACCP, and core quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA), including statistical quality control (SQC) Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives; Six Sigma (DMAIC) experience required (Green Belt or higher preferred)

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
