Job Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Technical Support:
Provide support to production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and recommending solutions to improve operational performance.Documentation:
Help create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality assurance, and production, to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Training:
Assist in training production personnel on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.Education:
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis software).
