Mechanic Lead

• Summary:

• Leads the maintenance, operation, and repair of mechanical, utility, and associated systems across assigned facilities.

Provides indirect guidance and project-specific oversight to other team members. Performs demand and scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with departmental, hospital, and regulatory codes. Maintains facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environments, may work varied shifts and weekends, and may travel to other BayCare facilities. Performs other duties as assigned.

• 10 Years as a Service Related Technician is required. 5 Years Hospital experience preferred. 5 Years Hospital Maintenance is preferred. 1 Year High
• rise Mechanical and/or Utilities systems experience is preferred. Third-Grade Stationary Engineer's License is preferred.
