Job Description

Looking for a hands-on L2 Support Engineer to manage 24/7 production operations for live video streaming and OTT platforms. This role focuses on incident ownership, real-time troubleshooting, and production stability across streaming, ads, CDN, and player systems. Key Responsibilities Own and resolve L2 production incidents (Live, VOD, Ads, DRM, WebRTC) Perform live troubleshooting & production fixes (configs, CDN, mitigation) Lead/support incident bridges & customer communication Work with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Kibana Support high-scale live streaming events Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation Drive RCA, automation, and operational improvements Required Skills 5+ years in Production Support / L2 / SRE / Operations Experience with video streaming / OTT platforms Knowledge of HLS, DASH, Web
RTC, DRM, CDN
Strong troubleshooting in distributed systems & cloud environments Hands-on with: Kubernetes (K8s) Terraform / IaC Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) Nice to Have AI/automation in operations Live event streaming experience Scripting (Python/Bash) Keywords L2 Support, Video Streaming, OTT, HLS, DASH, WebRTC, CDN, DRM, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, Production Support, Incident Management
