Your Job You will be responsible for designing, improving, and sustaining efficient production systems that safely deliver high‑quality vehicle components at the lowest total cost. The role blends engineering, operations, quality, and data analysis. What you Will do in

Your Role Production Process Design & Optimization:

Maximize throughput and efficiency without sacrificing quality or safety.

Capacity Planning & Line Rate Management:

Ensure the plant can meet demand reliably and cost‑effectively.

Work Measurement & Labor Optimization:

Right‑size labor and maintain fair, repeatable work standards. Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive measurable, ongoing performance improvement.

Cost Reduction & Industrial Efficiency:

Improve profitability and competitiveness.

Launch & Change Management:

Enable smooth, low‑risk production transitions.

Quality & Defect Prevention Support:

Build quality into the process, not inspect it in.

Data Analysis & KPI Tracking:

Enable data‑driven operational decisions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing or industrial environment.
