Production Engineer (Levels I-IV) ? Pendergrass, GA | On-Site Toyota-Denso Automotive Compressor Georgia, Inc. (TACG) & Toyota Industries Compressor Parts America (TICA) is growing, and we're looking for (2) Production Engineers to join our team in Pendergrass, GA. As part of Toyota Industries Corporation , we manufacture automotive air-conditioning compressors while continuously improving how we build them. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys being close to the manufacturing floor, solving real production challenges, and driving continuous improvement. ✨ What you'll do: Lead Kaizen and cost-reduction initiatives to improve production efficiency Support CNC machining processes, tooling improvements, and equipment optimization Work cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and production teams Help manage tooling projects and production engineering initiatives Improve processes using TPS, JIT, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles ? We're looking for someone who: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering Has experience in manufacturing or production engineering (machining preferred) Enjoys process improvement, problem solving, and hands-on engineering Is motivated by continuous improvement and operational efficiency At TACG & TICA, our engineers play a direct role in improving how we build our products every day — from the production floor to long-term process improvements. ?
