Monday-Friday, Day Shift Overtime:

Minimal; occasional team-based voluntary overtime

Smaller company with excellent work/life balance and strong growth potential Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives and drive process optimization throughout the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership of projects, and working directly with operations teams to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, practical, and comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor identifying opportunities and implementing solutions. Requirements 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Strong communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Responsibilities Lead projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and workflow optimization Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify production issues and implement corrective actions Analyze production data and develop processes, procedures, and documentation to support operations Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to drive improvements Monitor manufacturing processes and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, and safety Support daily production activities and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges on the floor Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to team members and leadership What We're Looking For Hands-on manufacturing mindset Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to be on the production floor Self-starter who can identify opportunities and execute solutions Continuous improvement mentality Desire to grow into larger responsibilities and leadership opportunities over time Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
