Job Description
Our client is seeking a strong engineering leader to help drive operational excellence, maintenance performance, reliability, and cultural transformation within a large food manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to lead large teams while supporting plant-wide engineering, maintenance, utilities, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Lead engineering and maintenance operations Improve equipment reliability and plant performance Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives Drive safety, accountability, and operational excellence Provide technical leadership around utilities, controls, and refrigeration systems Qualifications 5+ years of engineering leadership experience Food manufacturing experience required Harvest processing experience strongly preferred Experience leading large teams Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and maintenance systems Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred Compensation $120K-$135K base $20K bonus Full relocation package
