Pay Range:

Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with an Industrial Engineering background to support and optimize our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving quality, and enhancing processes through data-driven analysis and hands-on shop floor support. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing and distribution operations with a focus on process efficiency and quality improvement Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses, including support of incentive pay systems (e.g., CIPP) Develop and improve manufacturing methods, tooling, and process design Participate in total preventative maintenance (TPM) and facilities-related initiatives Create and maintain clear, compliant documentation and technical procedures Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams Provide hands-on shop floor support and troubleshooting (approximately 60% of time on feet) Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Office and related tools Work flexible hours as needed to support production operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred Experience with manufacturing/distribution processes, tooling, quality, and facilities Exposure to time studies, work measurement, or incentive-based pay systems Strong technical writing and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for approximately 60% of the workday Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
