Work Environment:
Onsite Work Schedule:
1st shift, flexible start; most of the team works 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay Rate:
$43.00 - $45.00 per hour
Safety Requirement:
Metatarsal safety boots required on first day
Experience Level:
1-3 years •

Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future•The Process Planning Engineer will support data-driven optimization and reconfiguration efforts across multiple warehouse and distribution facilities. This role focuses on warehouse layout validation, system readiness analysis, and operational data accuracy to support current and future distribution requirements. Key Responsibilities Support data collection and review of key data points related to physical warehouse layouts Verify legacy warehouse operating system data for accuracy and consistency Lead or support tactical optimization projects across multiple facilities Populate datasets to assess facility system readiness and perform gap analysis Validate and create accurate AutoCAD representations of warehouse layouts Assist engineering team members with warehouse reconfiguration and data-driven projects Support initiatives impacting U.S. regional distribution centers Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Experience with data analysis and data tools Experience using CAD (AutoCAD preferred) Strong time management and basic project management skills Prior warehouse or distribution center experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a Technology-related field 1-3 years of professional experience (no recent graduates) Preferred / Nice to Have SAP experience #LI-MH1 #INDOEM
