- Industrial Engineer for John Deere located in Milan, IL, you will: Provide engineering support to various warehouse departments and operations Support Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and projects to drive improvements in key business metrics Analyze data and create reports or visualizations to support operations Develop apps and tools to aid real-time decisions and shop-floor efficiency Leverage AI and flows to minimize repetitive data entry and calculations VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need Ideally you will be pursuing a STEM-related degree; others may apply Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university Graduation date of December 2028 or later Cumulative GPA of 2.
