Custom Rubber Products & Industrial Rubber Bands About the Role In this role, you will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that create long-term value. You will receive product and industry training from our experienced sales teams while taking an active role in developing new business and strengthening customer relationships. Responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities in industrial markets Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate rubber product solutions Collaborating with engineering and production teams to support customer requirements Preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and closing business Managing sales activities, pipeline, and customer communications within our ERP/CRM system Providing outstanding customer service that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships Qualifications Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience 2-5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or industrial sales experience Experience in consultative selling and relationship-based sales Strong verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills Confidence in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and advancing sales conversations Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven mindset Experience with manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, or technical sales is a plus What They Offer Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Product and industry training Long-term career growth with an established, financially strong company
