Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Engineer position in Bluffton, IN. This is a full time, direct-hire position and the pay rate will depend on experience.
Position Summary:
The Process Engineer is responsible for improving safety, quality and productivity to increase production capacity and engineering efficiencies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Improve processes in site manufacturing facility Improve capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Determine causes of problems and developing solutions Provide engineering support to the production department Develop effective corrective actions to customer complaints through root cause problem solving methods Enforce all company safety rules and regulations
Experience Needed:
Degree in related Engineering field preferred 2-3years of industrial engineering experience Stamping and welding experience is preferred Knowledge of
ISO 9001
2008 is helpful
