Job Description:
Role Summary Responsible for delivering solutions to manufacturing areas with improvement needs across process readiness, robustness, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role focuses on implementing improvement activities and corrective actions to ensure maximum quality, eliminate waste, and increase operational efficiency. Continuously monitors performance results and targets while collaborating closely with Operations teams in assigned areas. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Key Accountabilities 1. Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement Execution Map and analyze processes within assigned areas to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Develop and implement practical corrective actions, projects, and process improvements to resolve critical issues and drive sustainable continuous improvement. Execute implementation plans effectively, ensuring achievement of defined milestones and targets. Provide data analysis (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and insights to support operational execution and decision-making aligned with business unit goals, with a focus on cost optimization and long-term success. Apply continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies to drive improvement programs, projects, and initiatives in collaboration with Operations teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Perform detailed analysis of yield variances to identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and develop execution plans in alignment with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Site Controlling, and Operations. Participate in user requirement definition for new or revised equipment, including concept development and validation. Evaluate process capabilities, contribute to product and process improvements, and ensure proper documentation and cross-functional alignment. 2. Monitoring & Reporting Define and maintain operational KPI dashboards, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions to leadership and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective execution. Monitor project progress in terms of timelines, performance, and outcomes. Implement recovery plans as needed to ensure delivery of expected results. 3. Guidelines & Procedures Execution Support the development and implementation of procedures and guidelines. Ensure consistent execution across functions to maintain high standards, including safety and compliance requirements. 4. Relationship Management Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., industrial partners, customers, technical providers) to promote business expertise and competitive advantage. Gather industry trends, standards, and best practices, and communicate insights to internal teams to ensure compliance and support future development Requirements 1-2 years in Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement roles within manufacturing Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Why work with us?
