Job Description

Ready to design better ways to build? Do you enjoy turning messy production problems into elegant, efficient processes? Can you move from data to decisions quickly? Join us as an Industrial Process Development Engineer and help optimize how products move from raw material to finished goods in a cutting-edge, technology-forward facility. What you'll do Develop and refine end-to-end manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost targets. Collect production data and use scientific/statistical analysis to document, model, and diagram process flows. Identify constraints and failure points; design practical fixes to remove bottlenecks. Recommend equipment upgrades, workflow changes, and resource utilization improvements (labor, energy, materials). Support process definition for new or complex products and stabilize them for full-scale production. Act as a knowledge resource, guiding less-experienced engineers. What you bring Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline with strong mechanical acumen. Hands-on experience as a manufacturing process engineer in a production or plant setting. Bonus points Powdered metal background. Automotive and/or manufacturing industry experience. You'll succeed if you have Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD tools. Project management, team leadership, and time-management strengths. Confident, timely decision-making. Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Solid understanding of machining, GD&T, and strength of materials.
