Own and update standardize work instructions. Serves manufacturing operations as key support person leading resolutions to problems, implementing improvement, and leading projects to completion. Lead and execute projects linked to safety, quality, and productivity using tools such as, but not limited to: PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, Kaizen, and Line Architecture Design Methodology. Coordinate with production and maintenance on existing machine control modifications or installations Investigate, evaluate, document, and optimize existing manufacturing processes Analyze shipping and inventory data Be responsible for critical thinking and decision making related to your tasks This job might be for you if: Are actively pursuing a degree in Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related bachelor's degree Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau Junior or Senior in college Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language) Have exceptional leadership, project management and interpersonal skills Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency.
