Aegis Worldwide Continuous Improvement Engineer 1st SHIFT/$75-$90k/

FULL TIME Indianapolis, IN Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a precision and fabricating manufacturer. Responsibilities Identify and fix inefficiencies and quality issues across manufacturing operations. Lead and support continuous improvement efforts using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, etc.). Analyze workflows through time studies and process mapping to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Evaluate and help implement new technologies, automation, and data systems. Work with teams (Engineering, IT, Quality) to improve processes and launch new solutions. Track performance data, update procedures, and support training on new processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering. Basic knowledge of Lean manufacturing and process improvement tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or Inventor is a plus.
