Job Description
Compensation:
$48hr to $55hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred) 3-7 years of experience in industrial engineering or material simulation within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in simulation tools such as Siemens Plant Simulation, FlexSim, AutoMod, AnyLogic, or similar. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PFEP (Plan for Every Part), and material flow optimization. Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and present recommendations to leadership. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with automation technologies (AMRs, AGVs, robotics integration). Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and digital twin applications. Prior experience working in a Center of Excellence or global standards role.Similar remote jobs
