About the Job The Quality Engineer is an entry to mid-level position responsible for supporting various activities across the Quality departments (Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Training). The activities would be associated with providing communication, planning, and efficiency tools, tracking and reporting metrics, as well as updating the site's systems with more statistical tools to support a cGMP organization. Key Responsibilities Continue to develop and improve efficient management and communication tools across departments to support consistent and priority release of products for patients and support day-to-day maintenance of the system Primary for management of tracking and reporting of quality and operational metrics. Support of other process improvement and project management needs. Develop and implement statistical processes. Participate in team meetings to assess additional needs of departments. Ensure cGMP documentation associated with work activities is complete. Supporting projects in each team as needed. Support for the cGMP training system as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications College degree (science or engineering related major) cGMP experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company (or similar) preferred. Advanced problem-solving skills and use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle a high volume of work and rapidly adapt to changing environment. Preferred skills include basic statistics. Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and to develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and management. Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, and accountability. What's on Offer?
