validation activities Manage vendors, RFIs, submittals, and change controls Provide technical leadership during project execution and startup Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging or related) 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering or equipment integration Experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated industries Strong knowledge of packaging equipment (cartoners, labelers, case packers, palletizers) Familiarity with validation lifecycle (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools Preferred Experience with e-Builder, MS Project, or project management tools Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Join a high-impact engineering team supporting cutting-edge projects in regulated environments.
