Job Summary:
Sets molds and prepares material for R&D, pre-production samples, along with preparing outsource material orders for shipment. Job may vary depending on location.
Essential Functions:
Preform pre-production mold changes Performing level 1 preventative maintenance and removing tools Cleaning and inspection of machine platen and plate holes Purging of screw and barrel to eliminate contamination Setting next tool, connecting water hoses and safety switches Cleaning up the area in and around press Prepares raw material Preparing material for daily trials Clean material handling equipment Issue and return raw material Prepare outsourced material orders for shipment Operate/run presses if needed Maintain cleanliness of R&D area Maintain accurate tool locations in R&D area Support mold setters and material handling activities when daily duties are completed Other duties as requested Duties may vary depending on location
Non- Essential Functions:

Education:
High school diploma
Skills/Experience/Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in injection molding Forklift experience (may vary based on location) Self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing Possess a high level of concentration and ability to focus on small details
Physical/Ergonomic Requirements:
