BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

): Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of study and 4 years of experience High energy, results oriented (commitment to follow up), self-motivated / self-directed, proactive, team player Strong problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to learn from mistakes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and drive deliverables from individuals at all levels within the organizationPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Industrial Engineer who analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. Create, maintain and status network-based, Master Production Schedules in support of E-6B programs Fully understands critical path schedule network processing, driven by logic, durations and date constraints Experience with IMP/IMS schedule structure as well as schedules based on Work Breakdown Structures Experience exporting schedule data to Excel and working with responsible parties to gather and report schedule status and productivity metrics per weekly and monthly reporting cyclesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Project to manage IMS Able to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance Experience on new programsREQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree is required. School must be accredited.WORK HOURS
9/80 workweek. Mon- Thu as 7:00AM
- 4:42PM and Friday 7:00AM
- 11:00AM.

$4.93 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, or $197.20 per week, or $854.53 per month- This rate is to be used only when compensating employees for performance on an SCA
- covered contract also covered by EO 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal Contractors.

hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours they work, up to 56 hours of paid sick leave each year.VACATION
2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service with a contractor or successor; 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years, and 5 weeks after 20 years. Length of service includes the whole span of continuous service with the present contractor or successor, wherever employed, and with the predecessor contractors in the performance of similar work at the same Federal facility. (Reg. 29 CFR 4.173)HOLIDAYS
A minimum of eleven paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. (A contractor may substitute for any of the named holidays another day off with pay in accordance with a plan communicated to the employees involved.) (See 29 CFR 4.174) Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
