A small, hands-on manufacturing company specializing in advanced materials , is seeking a Plant Engineer to support plant operations, projects, and process improvements. This is an onsite role focused on leading plant projects, supporting equipment design/installation, and improving production efficiency. You'll work closely with maintenance, contractors, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly in a 24/5 manufacturing environment. Key Highlights Lead and support plant projects, process improvements, and waste management initiatives Oversee equipment design, installation, and upgrades Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams Provide technical support for plant operations and expansion efforts Work with systems including pumps, motors, valves, controls, and PLCs What They're Looking For Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) 5+ years in production/manufacturing environment Basic PLC and controls knowledge Strong hands-on, problem-solving mindset

Comp & Details Salary:
