Photolithography Engineer Location:

Onsite in Beverly, MA (relocation assistance provided) We are partnering with an innovative manufacturer in the semiconductor space to identify a Photolithography Engineer who will play a key role in supporting and improving lithography operations within a cleanroom production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on process engineering, problem-solving, and working cross-functionally to drive yield, efficiency, and product performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, refine, and sustain photolithography processes across key stages including resist application, exposure, post-exposure bake, and development Monitor and improve critical process metrics such as critical dimension (CD), overlay accuracy, and defect levels Partner with internal teams and external equipment suppliers to troubleshoot and enhance lithography tool performance, including steppers and track systems Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce variability and improve yield Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers by creating and qualifying recipes, procedures, and technical documentation
