John Galt Staffing Packaging Lead Billerica, MA Apply Packaging Lead Billerica, MA Pay \$26-28/hr (could flex higher depending on experience)

Following processes to properly secure and package fragile components such as motherboards, RAM sticks, digitizers, and other computer related materials\
Prepping parts for packaging such as bagging, shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, labeling\
Leading, training, and assigning orders to be packed and ensuring processes are being followed

Must have knowledge in packaging fragile raw material. Ideally computer parts but would look at electronic components, sensors, glass, vintage or high value items\
Knowledgeable in common packaging concepts related to packing fragile parts (i.e., shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, space allotment, quantity to box)\
At least 3+ years in lead or supervisory role Must be able to pass a background check.
